iPad Competition Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions.

1.1 In order to be entered into our prize draw to win an iPad Pro you must first confirm arrangements for a meeting with eBiz Answers to discuss your Oracle eBusiness Tax solution / needs.  There must be at least one member of your Tax or Finance team with a manager status or above in attendance at the meeting.

1.2 The said meeting needs to be confirmed (date, time, location and attendees (name and job title)) prior to the draw otherwise you will be excluded from the draw.

1.3 Only one entry per person, per meeting is permitted (e.g. if a person/Agent sets up three meetings which meet the above criteria with three separate companies they will be entered three times.  If a person sets up one meeting which meets the criteria they will be entered once).

1.4 The date for the draw is 17th June 2016.

1.5 The winner of the iPad Pro will be notified in writing by 24th June 2016 and the iPad Pro will be despatched via recorded delivery within 5 working days of the written confirmation. Alternatively, you will be offered the option of arranging alternative delivery (at your own cost).

1.6 Should the iPad Pro be damaged or lost in transit eBiz Answers will not be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement.

1.7 By entering the draw you are agreeing to eBiz Answers disclosing your name and your Company name for Marketing purposes.

1.8 You do not have to purchase our products or services in order to be entered into the prize draw.  As outlined above, you simply need to arrange/confirm a meeting (date, time, location and attendees (including name(s) and job title(s)) between eBiz Answers and your Company (or a Company you represent/partner with) in advance of the draw.

1.9 The draw will be conducted by the Managing Director of eBiz Answers on the above date and will be witnessed by two other eBiz Answers’ employees.
